Hi Friends!

Welcome to the Yoga corner of Breathe With Joyce. The space where we do practice physical asana, however, we focus on concepts and ideas much greater than shapes.

Yoga is a beautiful way to practice mindfulness. We can practice on a mat, a pillow, using a block (or two), in bed, in a chair, outside or inside.

When we practice mindfulness and connecting with our breath in an intentional way, we can begin the same work off of the mat with time.

I would love to see you in a class or in a private session, where we can work together and I can guide you through breathing on the mat.
