And welcome to Breathe With Joyce, LLC

I am glad you found your way here. We are a small, family-run practice that believes in slowing down, gathering with intention, and reconnecting with what it means to be human. Through movement, breathing practices, sound experiences, and mindful community, we create space for people to show up just as they are. 

No expectations, no pressure.

Our mission and call to action go beyond yoga poses. We explore and prioritize self-study, self-expression, and finding ones’s own rhythm in a way that feels safe and supported. 

Whether that is in a group, privately, or online from home.

Our approach is therapeutic and respectful, rooted in mindfulness while honoring the work and scope of licensed therapists and counselors. 

When I am not teaching, you will usually find me in the garden, crocheting or brunching. Some of my favorite ways I stay mindful and connected - other than the brunch. Brunch is fun and my favorite early afternoon ritual. I love having a nice, refreshing meal and enjoying the outdoors (preferably). My hope is that this space helps you do the same: breathe a little deeper, move a little slower, and find new ways to care for yourself.
